Umbrella Protocol

Umbrella Protocol 是 Yam Finance 推出的保險協議。其核心組成部分是 MetaPool，提供保護的一方可以在其中存儲資金，尋求保護的一方獲得保費。每個 MetaPool 包含多個 Coverage Pool，每個 Coverage Pool 都有一個特定的協議或合約。尋求保護的一方可通過訪問這些合約或協議來尋求保護。另外，MetaPool 的費用和資金費率等在創建之後都是不變的。具體來說，尋求保護的一方將資金存入 Coverage Pool，並收到可以追蹤其存款餘額的 ERC20 代幣，獲得的保費金額與存入的資金有關。如果一個 MetaPool 中的一個協議受到攻擊，則可將索賠提交至 MetaPool 的仲裁者，由仲裁者根據參數來確定索賠的有效性和金額，MetaPool 支付的金額相當於在這個 Coverage Pool 中目前的總質押資金和該 MetaPool 上其他 Coverage Pool 中未被使用的資金之和。
