Yei Finance

Yei Finance is a decentralized, non-custodial money market protocol on Sei, focusing on lending and optimizing interest rates. It leverages Sei’s unique features to enhance the lending landscape.

Prominent DeFi lending protocols like Aave and Compound typically employ a pool-to-peer model. These models tend to have low flexibility due to the need to balance liquidity and security. We aim to increase the flexibility of collateral assets by introducing isolated vaults and parameter modules. We also plan to include more asset types, such as interest-bearing assets and LP tokens, to maximize asset utilization on Sei and enhance user yields. Ultimately, we can enhance the composability of collateral assets and increase interest rates without compromising user experience.
