TuongVy Le is Partner and Head of Regulatory & Policy at Bain Capital Crypto. Vy began her legal career at the law firm WilmerHale, where she advised tradfi institutions on a wide range of financial regulatory and enforcement matters, and MoloLamken, where she practiced civil and criminal litigation. After clerking on the federal district court in Manhattan, she served as a Senior Counsel in the Division of Enforcement at the SEC and as Chief Counsel of the Office of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs. At the SEC, she worked on some of the agency’s first crypto investigations and participated in policy discussions on the regulation of digital assets. Most recently, Vy oversaw financial regulatory strategy as Deputy General Counsel and Compliance Officer at Worldcoin, where she advised on the design and launch of the project’s token, wallet app, Web3 identity protocol, org structure, and go-to-market strategy. She enjoys backyard astronomy, making pizza in her ooni, and perusing Crypto Law Twitter.
