I am an experienced Product Leader with proven success in solving customer problems while achieving business objectives in the Fintech/Financial Services industry. I develop trusting internal and external relationships that drive stakeholder buy-in and flawless execution. I leverage my strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills to align teams toward achieving our product strategy. I'm also an experienced and dedicated people manager who takes great pride in developing talent. I'm currently VP of Product at Moves and The Open Application Network. Among my accomplishments at Finastra/D+H, I increased the revenue generated through external partnerships, led the successful integration of a newly acquired organization, transitioned 6 separate operational processes to a global delivery model, and managed a 50 person operations team located across 3 sites. In my operational leadership roles, I worked directly with our engineering teams to improve our product to meet customer and business needs.
