Sean Zheng

Sean Zheng is Principal at 1RoundTable Partners. Formerly, Director at Blockdaemon. He is a Principal at 10T and brings 8 years of professional experience across investment banking, investing, and start-up building. Previously, Sean was a Director at Blockdaemon (Series C, $3.25B Crypto Infrastructure Start-up), focused on Strategic Finance and Investments (Venture / Liquid Tokens). Prior to Blockdaemon, Sean was a growth equity investor at KKR and OTPP, where he focused on late-stage venture and growth equity across a variety of industries including Blockchain, Enterprise SaaS, Healthcare, and Consumer Internet. He started his career in investment banking. Sean’s experience combines traditional private equity investing and operating within the cryptocurrency space. He has deep technical knowledge of blockchain infrastructure and has been involved in the space personally since DeFi Summer. At 10T, he will be responsible for spearheading due diligence of complex crypto / blockchain businesses. He will also focus on portfolio strategy and deal sourcing. Sean graduated from The University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics in 2015.
