Ryann Hoffman, Principal at Staircase Strategy. I am a strategy and design leader, focusing on remote teams, innovation leadership, design strategy, and capacity building in design methods (design thinking, Human-Centered Design, Systems Thinking). As a designer I practice service design, complex systems design, program design, experience design, workflow design, workplace design, business design, and civic design. As a leader, I empower teams to achieve strategic outcomes, coach innovation management and strategic thinking, and specialize in the remote leading and facilitation of globally distributed teams using or wanting to use innovation methods.
