This provides our portfolio companies access to strategic relationships resulting in partnerships, talent, advisory boards, key customer introductions, leading venture capital firms for follow on funding and ultimately introductions and advice related to buyers for M&A or IPO. We enable our LPs to co-invest along side the fund on a deal-by-deal basis via innovative sidecar funds right up to IPO or M&A exit.
