Renee Russo is Co-Founder at Glow Labs, a loyalty rewards program on the blockchain. We provide a no-code solution for companies to reward their community for on-chain activity (i.e. NFT purchases) and off-chain activity (i.e. Twitter, Discord, etc.). I also founded DinoMonks, mental wellness utility of the metaverse. We were one of the first NFT collections solely focused on mental health. Previously, I was a lead software engineer at J.P. Morgan Chase where I worked on a big data platform forecasting consumer spending habits for chase web and mobile app users. I'm passionate about building new and innovative technology. Obsessed with NFTs, early BAYC holder, and now reppin' WOW. ​ An older sister to 3 brothers. I love to eat pasta at any time of day and am a big soul cycle junkie. Friday nights are spent snuggling on the couch with my frenchie, Eli. Big Knicks & Jets fan.
