Nick Dijkstra is Dutchman in Berlin, COO at hype.partners, Founder of Beyond Ventures, exploring the decentralised generation at dGen and bringing people together at OFFDevcon. Loves big ideas. Formerly Product Manager at LiveIntent and Director of Customer Success at Avari. In 2013 I moved to Berlin to submerge myself in the tech startup scene, joining RetentionGrid as first employee right after raising seed funding, and launching what became the city's largest startup networking event. We grew RetentionGrid to become an essential part of the toolbox of modern eCommerce businesses on platforms such as Shopify. After a successful rebrand to Avari we got acquired by LiveIntent, one of the fastest growing businesses of New York and already an established Ad Tech company. I helped integrating our products after the merger, and brought native advertising to the platform, quickly becoming a substantial part of their revenue. Currently I'm running operations and strategy at our venture, where we're partnering with top tier blockchain projects to help them with marketing, communication, and community building.
