MIRAI DAO is founded by Amalia Grochal. We focus on investments in web3: Layer 0s, Layer 1s, Layer 2s on ETH, EVM DeFi, ZK, soft- and hardware infrastructure, DeFi on the Bitcoin Network.

Back in 2010, Amalia was one of the early Bitcoin miners, turned a postproduction studio into an experimental mining rig. The discovery of decentralized currency funneled her into researching smart contracts and further developments in the space.

In 2011 she has launched a financial technology solution, for easy access and comparison of mortgage rates.

In 2015 she chose the United Arab Emirates as her new home and since then, she’s been on a mission for UAE to become a global crypto Hub. Partnering with Governmental Entities, Regulators and SMEs is resulting in mutual progress to safeguard Builders, Investors and guide Banking Operators into a fair assessment.

In 2021, Amalia founded MIRAI DAO - VC and Advisory in web3, focusing on L0s, L1s, L2s, EVM DeFi, ZK, soft- and hardware infrastructure, as well as, nowadays DeFi on the Bitcoin Network.

Specializing in Decentralized Finance and its architecture, Amalia does believe, all web3 assets and smart contract interactions shall be gradually legalized.

In 2023, she has joined the Ordinals Council - organization shaping the future of Bitcoin network. Currently assigned to ToshiPad, Amalia leads the due diligence of prospective launches.

She has been recognized as one of the Top 25 Women in FinTech and Blockchain MENA 2022 and participated as a Judge at ETH Barcelona Hackathon 2023.
