Minh Tran

Minh Tran is VP, Engineering at Moves; VP, Engineering at The OAN, Co-Founder, Investor. I'm a technology veteran now happily entrenched in start-up life. After spending the majority of my career working for large corporate organizations, I made a life-changing decision to work with much smaller ones, more by happenstance at the time and not as deliberate as it may seem today. In my former life, I successfully delivered multi-million dollar technology initiatives and led numerous application, infrastructure and architecture projects over two plus decades as a technology leader. Past clients include large financial institutions, telcos, healthcare agencies, and companies in many other industry verticals. Today, I continue to hold senior and executive leadership roles while also working and partnering with other founders in tech. A few years in now and I don't miss what I left behind one bit. I've added risk, uncertainty and life anxiety in exchange for being in roles where I can make real impacts to the organizations I work with and the teams I'm a part of and more superficially, suits and ties for Chucks and hoodies. In my spare time, I enjoy reading (ahem, listening), podcasts, sports and I live for food and travel of any kind.
