Before assuming the role of Head of Web3, Matt Bartlett served as the Head of Internal Sales at VanEck. In this capacity, he oversaw operations at VanEck's office in Tampa, Florida. His previous leadership experience has laid a solid foundation for his current efforts in the Web3 space.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology Management from Saint Petersburg College and has earned the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation, further solidifying his expertise in financial and investment domains.
