Katerina Bohle Carbonell is Co-Founder at TogetherCrew. Also, solo parent to 4 girls. My thesis is that value is created when people interact with each other. It’s through conversation that information is exchanged, people make decisions, and achieve their goals. That’s why communities are important. For people and businesses. Thanks to a PhD in behavioural science and 10 years in academia, leading small and large research projects, I’m an expert in defining problems and collecting the right data to solve the problem. I have worked with health care teams, consulting teams, tech companies, advised HR analytic companies on best metrics and methods to collect and analyze data. Next to improving human systems with the help of data, I'm passionate about education and how to innovate places of learning. Getting education right, by letting kids know that they have opportunities and creating learning stimulating environments, is crucial for the future.
