Josh Elman
Josh Elman is Product Leader and Investor in San Francisco. I love building products and delivering them to millions (or billions?!) of customers and users. I've been lucky to have worked on many products that I still use today, and always enjoy jamming on products. In my career I've been an early PM leading growth and engagement teams (Twitter, LinkedIn), launched big platforms (Facebook Connect/Login), and as VP Product at Robinhood I helped more than double the userbase, revenue, and product/design/marketing teams. I've also been a Venture Capitalist, investing in the consumer space. As a General Partner at Greylock Partners, I led investments in SmartThings (acquired by Samsung in 2014), Musical.ly - now Tiktok (acquired by Toutiao in 2017), Jelly (acquired by Pinterest in 2017) and Houseparty (acquired by Epic/Fortnite in 2018). I'm currently a Venture Partner and on the board of Medium, Discord, and Mammoth Media. I started my career as an engineer and leading the development team for RealPlayer, which in the early 2000s served audio and video to hundreds of millions.
