Success in business is often sparked by great technical ideas. As we watch the world being taken over by software, this is more relevant than ever. Solving challenging problems in an original way is one of the main purposes of my life. There is and always has been an inner drive in me towards inventing things. This drive is strongly expressed through my work in software development. I have provided key ideas for multiple flag ship projects and led development teams to solid implementations. It is this particular combination of skills that is valued most by the clients that I work for. Not only generating ideas, but also being able to do what is necessary to bring it to reality. An idea is only a starting point and often a lot of hard, in-depth work is needed to be truly convincing. It is my preference to do this in a team. Use the best of all the available knowledge and try to develop a self-reinforcing spin that makes things happen. I consider it a great achievement if we succeed in creating an atmosphere that makes people proud of the work that we do.
