Recently I've spent a significant amount of time digging into the NFT space and really all things at the intersection of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and law. Thanks to the new Wyoming Legislation and the clear path forward for NFTs within Fractionalization... DAOs will be the next forefront you find me in. After working in the space during the 2017-2018 boom as an intern at a law firm, I dove headfirst and launched a company. We attempted to create the "LegalZoom" of cryptocurrency. Some form of digital will or trust that could pass along crypto assets. Pivoted to document management. Failed along the way, but learned a ton. I've served in multiple roles over the past few years but currently have really hit my stride within the niche community of NFTs. I've worked with clients of all shapes and sizes on everything from: regulatory issues, taxation on cryptocurrency, movement of assets, intellectual property ownership, collaboration agreements, Contracts - both real world and SMART, and beyond. Clients include musicians, artists, actors, engineers, marketplaces, businesses, collectors, curators, and beyond. Currently taking on clients for: - Legal advice primarily focused on business issues that arise in relation to NFTs or some derivative - Legal advice as it relates to NFT's and Blockchain Tech / IP - Consulting arrangements with new businesses especially within the arts, blockchain, and NFT spaces. I have big dreams, love innovation, and feel strongly that Zero to One is one of the best books written... on this side of Sun Tzu's Art of War. Leadership, vision, innovation, growth, and seeing the world a bit differently all pique my interest.
