Ivan Soto-Wright

Ivan Soto-Wright is Co-founder and CEO of MoonPay, a fintech company that builds payments infrastructure for crypto. He is also Founder and General Partner of HODL.vc, a venture development studio that builds, stakes and invests in crypto and blockchain projects. Previously, Mr. Soto-Wright was the Chief Executive Officer at ‘Saveable Limited,’ an automated savings and FCA-regulated fintech business, which was acquired by Plum Fintech Limited. Ivan has also acted as an investment advisor to large financial institutions at Redington, where he provided critical advice on investment strategy, strategic asset allocation, risk management and governance. While at Redington, Ivan completed the CISI Capital Markets Programme, and now holds Level 3 Certificates in Principles of UK Financial Regulation, Financial Derivatives, and Securities. He also achieved Level I of the CFA exam in December 2014. Ivan graduated from George Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics with Special Honors. He also studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at St. Anne’s College, University of Oxford.
