Hannah Glass
Hannah Glass is a senior associate in the leading financial markets team at King & Wood Mallesons, specialising in blockchain technology, fintech and payments. Hannah works with a broad range of clients including start-ups, industry bodies, ASX 200 companies & government bodies advising on the evolving legal and regulatory issues associated with the implementation & application of blockchain technology, cryptographic assets & digital currencies. Her work ranges from assisting start-ups to conduct global issuances and sales of tokens, to working with large organisations to formulate smart contract based infrastructure. She has also been involved in the development of the thinking around the treatment of digital currencies and other fintech related issues such as the regulatory sandbox, working with industry in Australia and internationally. Hannah has been named as an “Up and Coming” lawyer in both the 2019 and 2020 Chambers and Partners FinTech Guide. Hannah is also a fellow of Blockchain Australia (formerly ADCA) and a member of the Wall Street Blockchain Alliance’s legal working group.
