Grace Carney joined Union Square Ventures in January 2023. Grace grew up in England before moving to the US to study Social Studies at Harvard. She began her career at Bain, where she spent time working on consumer products, healthcare, and technology diligence. Before USV, Grace worked in ESG at Silver Lake Partners.
