Derby Finance is a yield optimizer that diversifies its exposure over a wide variety of DeFi yield opportunities. It does this by offering vaults which own underlying Liquidity Pool (LP) Tokens from other DeFi protocols. We’d like to emphasise that we are talking LP tokens here, not governance/ protocol tokens because those offer a completely different exposure with high exchange rate fluctuations. Derby Finance rebalances the weights of these LP tokens in its vaults regularly, starting out with every two weeks. This diversified exposure with frequent rebalancing gives the investors in our vaults a stable yield. This stable yield can then be further processed by our protocol or other DeFi protocols. For example by offering optional leverage on top of this. With such a solution, our product is interesting to each type of DeFi investor out there.
