Danny Delott

Danny Delott is Lead Front-End Engineer at Element. Formerly Software Engineer at Calthorpe Analytics.

My journey as a software engineer began about 10 years ago during my freshman year of high school. I wrote an automation tool in Visual Basic 6, licensed it, sold it, and ultimately made a grand total of around $5,000. I was the happiest kid in the world.

I am fortunate to have discovered my passion early at 15 years old, and I've been programming ever since. I love learning about new technologies and methodologies, and sharing my knowledge along the way.

I'm looking to join a cool, diverse team that is motivated by the positive impact their code will have on the world. Here are a few things I'm interested in:

Are you making big data accessible to consumers, businesses, or the developer community? Are you enabling people to affect others by simply touching their phone in a few places? Are you putting the user first in every feature decision? And perhaps most importantly, is your team enthusiastic about their work?
