Christopher Collar

Christopher Collar is Enterprise Research Analyst at Messari. He brings over 7 years of professional experience leading small teams and advising executive leadership in the Blockchain Technology Industry, Financial Services Industry, United States Army, Federal Government, and Higher Education. He currently is an Enterprise Research Analyst with Messari providing coverage on Macro, Bitcoin, and Ethereum for its Market Intelligence team. Prior to joining Messari, he was an Investment Banking Associate with SVB Securities' Healthcare Services & Medical Devices team. Prior to joining the private sector, he was a Captain in the United States Army’s Armor Corps at Fort Irwin, California where he advised and supported executive leaders on the Commanding General’s staff as well as tactically led armor, reconnaissance, and infantry platoons using Western and Soviet warfare doctrine during dozens of large-scale multi-domain joint operations. He has a Masters of Business Administration and a Masters of Science in Finance from Boston College as well as a Bachelors of Science in Economics from The United States Military Academy at West Point.
