Arthur Micoulet is Head of Blockchain at PALO IT, Co-Organizer at DeFi France. As a Product Manager, I lead the design and delivery of innovative products and services. 

As a CIO advisor, I conduct studies (Organization, Process, Operation, Sales, HR…) to help Executives and their teams to reach operational excellence and success.
 My passion about technologies and specially Blockchain led me to create the Blockchain Unit of PALO IT, a team of architects, researchers and developers working on DLT based products.
