In August 2022, 150 blockchain startups secured over $1.21 billion in funding rounds, marking a decline of approximately 21.23% MoM from July 2022. Compared to the same month last year, when 63 deals totaled $1617.9500 million, there is a growth of about 34.28% YoY. Despite this decline, investor interest remains strong in the Ethereum ecosystem and Non-Fungible Tokens sector, reflecting ongoing momentum within the blockchain investment landscape.
In August 2022, 150 blockchain startups achieved over $1.21 billion in funding across 150 investment rounds. The most significant deal was clinched by Alt, which raised $200 million. Notably, 92 rounds were pre-Series A, involving 92 early-stage ventures gaining recognition.
