In February 2022, 169 blockchain startups secured over $3 billion in funding rounds, marking a decline of approximately 21.23% MoM from January 2022. Compared to the same month last year, when 36 deals totaled $1587.1750 million, there is a growth of about 163.46% YoY. Despite this decline, investor interest remains strong in the Terra ecosystem and Coinbase sector, reflecting ongoing momentum within the blockchain investment landscape.
In February 2022, 169 blockchain startups achieved over $3 billion in funding across 169 investment rounds. The most significant deal was clinched by Terra, which raised $1000 million. Notably, 122 rounds were pre-Series A, involving 121 early-stage ventures gaining recognition.
